I stayed at the hotel and found it to be conveniently located near the East Lancs Railway and Bury town center, with easy access to Heaton Park music venue. The rooms were not well maintained, with no cleaning or bed-making, except in the bathroom. However, the shower was the only exception. The dining experience was good, with included whole wheat bread rolls. The hotel is situated in a lively area with access to various attractions and markets.

The hotel has a superb location near the motorway exit and half an hour walk to the East Lancs Railway Flying Scotsman day station. The rooms were clean and comfy, though the bed was not made during my stay. The service was friendly and attentive. The dining was included and satisfactory but lacked variety. The facilities were decent, but some areas needed better maintenance.
